I offer the initial consultation as a choice. If you choose to schedule an initial consultation, it will be held free of charge at the Hove Therapy Rooms and will typically last around 20 minutes. During this time, you can ask any questions you may have and discuss what to expect from the sessions. If you prefer to skip the consultation, I will email you a short document with a few details for you to complete.
Payment is required before each session via bank transfer. If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a refund.
During this time, we will discuss your goals for the session, continuing to keep the conversation positive and future-focused. Our aim is to concentrate on you achieving your desired outcomes.
